Join us at Port Macquarie Library on Friday 16th October at 10am for the interactive workshop “Stay Smart Online: AI Literacy for The Internet and Social Media”.
This short course for Australian adults is designed so you can learn how to understand how generative AI systems work, recognise AI content, fact check, verify, and think critically about AI content, be aware of AI bias and use AI ethically and responsibly.

Please note you must bring your own smart phone, tablet, or laptop computer to take part in the course.

The course is part of AI literacy pilot program created by the University of Canberra and the Australian Library and Information Association. You will be asked to fill in an anonymous survey at the beginning and end of the course.
