Study Rooms

Port Macquarie Library has 2 small meetings rooms behind and to the right of the front desk and an additional ‘pod’ at the back of the library. These rooms can be booked for two hours per day and can be booked for one session at a time, up to 7 days in advance for study or meetings of smaller groups at no cost. A further booking can be made at the completion of the current reservation. A large desk with up to 6 seats plus electrical outlets are available in the rooms at the front. The ‘pod’ has bench seats on either side of a desk and can seat up to 4 people. It also offers an electrical outlet. 

The Port Macquarie library also provides 8 smaller rooms behind the computer access area for individual use. These rooms are not bookable and available on vacancy basis only. A desk, chair and electrical outlets are provided.

Laurieton has 1 meeting room available for groups of 10-12 people and Wauchope has 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 15 people in the Mayor’s Room, or 6 people in each of the two study rooms. These rooms are available to community groups on a non-commercial basis.
