Port Macquarie Library has 2 small meetings rooms behind and to the right of the front desk. These rooms can be booked for two hours per day and can be booked for one session at a time, up to 7 days in advance for study or meetings of smaller groups at no cost. A large desk with up to 6 seats plus electrical outlets are available in both rooms. A further booking can be made at the completion of the current reservation.
The Port Macquarie library also provides 8 smaller rooms behind the computer access area for individual use. These rooms are not bookable and available on vacancy basis only. A desk, chair and electrical outlets are provided.
Laurieton has 1 meeting room available for groups of 10-12 people and Wauchope has 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 15 people in the Mayor’s Room, or 6 people in each of the two study rooms. These rooms are available to community groups on a non-commercial basis.
