Join us at Port Macquarie Library Thursday 13 April @ 10.00am for Shibashi.Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, improves general health and wellbeing, by reducing mental stress and physical tension. A Chinese movement and meditation system, comprising 18 exercises, characterised by gentle. movements, deep breathing, and a meditative state of mind.
