Port Macquarie Library has two rooms currently available for public hire:

Meeting Room 1

• Seats up to 30 people
• Has 6 fold down tables each seating 5 persons
• Tea Trolley with urn, disposable cups and tea/coffee making supplies
• Projector, whiteboard and flipchart
• Free Wi-Fi

MEETING ROOM 2

• Seats up to 30 people
• Has 6 fold down tables each seating 5 persons
• Kitchenette with urn, disposable cups and tea/coffee making supplies
• Projector, whiteboard and flipchart
• Free Wi-Fi

Principles of Use

• The rooms are primarily for hire by community groups and organizations within the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council local government area.
• Priority will be given to activities that are compatible with and complimentary to the Library’s role and objectives.

Study Rooms

A number of study rooms are available for small group meetings free of charge.
