Port Macquarie Mobile Library
Our mobile library van has been travelling around the Port Macquarie Hastings region since January 2013. The service has primarily been aimed at rural schools.
Thanks to a grant from the State Government through the Regional Cultural Fund, we also now service the communities at Lake Cathie and Sovereign Hills with van visits every fortnight. Please see our calendar for dates of upcoming visits.

Kempsey Mobile Van
Kempsey Library’s Mobile Van delivers outreach services to schools and residents on the upper and lower Macleay. The Van visits students at Bellbrook, Willawarrin, Greenhill, Kinchela, South Kempsey, Gladstone and Smithtown schools.
The students can borrow from a wide variety of collections including picture books, magazines, junior fiction and true stories. The fantastic librarian who co-ordinates the service takes special requests, reserves quirky titles that may interest our young readers. The VAN is a unique service which delivers library services to our rural villages throughout the shire.
Please contact Kempsey Library if you have any questions regarding the Van’s services and timetable on 6566 3210
