Carter’s Publications have been publishing price guides on art antiquities, antiques, collectables, retro, vintage and 20th century design for 32 years, and include prices on items from 1500 BC to the present day, with a price range of $5 to over one million dollars.
Our last printed price guides were produced in 2010 and from that year we moved to digital publishing on the internet. Our online version of the price guide with over 300,000 items offers approximately 25 times as many items as included in one of our printed price guides.

A full-text newspaper resource allows users to search articles instantly by title, headline, date, author, and many other fields. Gale OneFile: News provides access to more than 2,300 major world newspapers (493 Australian Newspapers), and includes thousands of images, radio and TV broadcasts and transcripts.
One File General is a general-interest resource with 14,000+ titles from 1980, featuring newspapers and magazines from around the world.
Global Issues provides news, statistics, commentary, and reference content on 250 countries and 400+ global topics.
SYDNEY MORNING HERALD: LIBRARY EDITION
The Library Edition is the most extensive digital archive of true to print digital copies of The Sydney Morning Herald from 2006 onwards. Home access is available via the State Library NSW – ask staff for details. The SMH can also be viewed free via our Borrowbox app.
Google has also digitized the Sydney Morning Herald from 1831 to 1989.
