Celebrating Seniors – Hatha Yoga with Stacy in Laurieton

Have you tried Hatha Yoga? You are invited to join Stacy for a FREE class of Gentle Yoga during Seniors Week!

Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 2pm Laurieton School of Arts Hall.

Gentle Hatha Yoga, breathing & relaxation.

Beginners welcome

You will have  to be able to get up & down from floor.
Please arrive 5-10mins early, switch off phones.
Wear loose, comfy clothes that allow you to move freely.
Shoes are optional.
Your family members and carers are very welcome to join in

Here’s a wonderful opportunity for Seniors to get onto a Yoga Mat and try gentle Hatha Yoga.

Stacy Hall is a Qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and runs various classes in Port Macquarie and Laurieton.

Stacy is passionate about helping Seniors to feel better in their bodies. Some of the benefits include:

  • Reduces Arthritic pain
  • Lifts energy and positivity
  • Encourages social connections
  • Relieves Stress & promotes relaxation
