Welcome to Qigong with Penny

Thursday January 4, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Port Macquarie Library
32 Grant St
Port Macquarie, New South Wales 2444 Australia

Flow with Penny at a free introduction to Qigong class on Thursday 4th January at 10am in our Port Macquarie Library.

“Reclaiming who we are by acknowledging the power, potential and responsibility we have for our own health and wellbeing, is empowering. Approaching my own healing journey from this holistic perspective by deepening the relationship with my body, has allowed me to advocate for myself in areas where I would have previously deferred to the knowledge or opinion of another.

Our bodies are the wisest teachers to guide us on the path of healing and coming whole to ourselves, and the more we’re attuned to this relationship, the more likely we’re able to articulate what we need — physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Let’s work together to empower and reconnect you with the essence of who you truly are — vital, powerful and beautiful energy in motion.” Penny,  Qi by the sea

You are then invited to weekly Thursday morning practices on 11/1, 18/1, 25/1, 1/2 and 8/2.  Cost $15.00 per practice. Please register with Penny for ongoing classes at qibythesea.com

Penny also has classes at different times on different days at different locations so check them out at qibythesea.com
