Join Us for a PICNIC Workshop at the Library!

Craving a cuppa, some tasty snacks, and good company? Pop into the library for our PICNIC Project Workshop — a friendly get-together where we share healthy snacks, conversation, and a few laughs. The PICNIC Project is a partnership between new parents and experienced dietitians on the NSW Mid North Coast.

We have created a program which is effective, improving parents feeding practices, their children’s nutrition and is best suited for parent’s needs.

Tuesday 21st October
