Mindfulness Meditations: Walking Tenderly on Mother Earth and Peace and Joy while Sitting
You are warmly invited to join a group sharing of two practices recently featured at Mindful Bedtime Reading (taken from ‘Love Letter to the Earth’ by Thich Nhat Hanh).
9am – 10am Saturday 18th February at Lake Cathie Community Hub – Lot 3, Mulloway Road, Lake Cathie. (We will gather on the grass outside the hall).
#1. Walking meditation practice: ‘Walking Tenderly on Mother Earth’
#2. Sitting Meditation: ‘Peace and Joy while sitting’
On the day, look out for the Library Van.
Bring a yoga mat (or towel), cushion or camp chair, & water.
Wet weather plan will be inside the Lake Cathie Community Hall.

The book we shared at our last Mindful Bedtime Reading Program was ‘Love Letter to the Earth’ by venerable Zen Buddhist Master, Thich Nhat Hanh.
The practices are taken from the book. Copies available through the library catalogue.
