Join a reading group with a difference… Mindful Bedtime Reading – live online via Zoom.
We will be reading and exploring the wonderful (and timely) ‘The Art of Living’ by Thich Nhat Hanh. When you register you will receive the zoom link to attend. This is a recurring meeting every Wednesday @ 8pm from 2nd Aug – 27th Sept 2023.
Attend them all or drop in when you can, everyone is welcome! A brief re-cap is shared via email after each session.
