You are invited to join Michelle for an introduction to Qigong on Saturday 7th October at 9.15am. Registration is essential as places fill fast.

Integrative Qigong is a contemporary Qigong form.Â
It is a standing practice with focus on conscious breathing, flowing precise movement and mindful awareness.
Classes will energise you with easy stretching and graceful movement, calm you with breath connection and  sound vibration.It will cultivate a sense spaciousness, lightness and stillness for the body, mind and emotions. Suitable for all bodies and can be done sitting.
Qigong = Qi is energy and Gong is the work.

ABOUT MICHELLE …
Michelle  Redman has been working in movement health since 2005 and trained in qigong 7 years ago. She is also trained in Pilates, Yoga and Meditation, Dance. She has always been interested in well being having been nurse for over 20years  previous to changing careers. Michelle also loves to body board and is every morning at 6am in the water.
