Please join us for a free introduction to Qigong with Michelle Redman on Saturday 4th February at 9.30am in our Port Macquarie Library.
Integrative Qigong is a contemporary Qigong form. It is a standing practice with focus on conscious breathing, flowing precise movement and mindful awareness.
Classes will energise you with easy stretching and graceful movement, calm you with breath connection and sound vibration. It will cultivate a sense spaciousness, lightness and stillness for the body, mind and emotions. Suitable for all bodies and can be done sitting.
Qigong = Qi is energy and Gong is the work.
Learn these simple techniques to cultivate better health for yourself.
Michelle will be offering a six week program of weekly practices starting on Wednesday 8th February at 9.30am in our library meeting room. Cost and registration details will be provided at the Saturday introduction course.
About Michelle …
Michelle Redman has been working in movement health since 2005 and trained in qigong 7 years ago.
She is also trained in Pilates, Yoga and Meditation, Dance.
She has always been interested in well being having been a nurse for over 20 years prior to her career change.
She also loves to body board since arriving in Port Macquarie and is every morning at 6am in the water.
