In this uplifting and interactive 2-hour workshop, mental health educator and peer facilitator Emily Barber guides you through gentle practices to help reframe life’s challenges as stepping stones to personal growth, hope, and resilience.
Whether you’re navigating change, reflecting on the past, or simply seeking a boost in perspective, this session offers a supportive space to:
- Discover how adversity can shape inner strength
- Learn simple mindset shifts that build resilience
- Explore guided journaling and mindfulness tools
- Create a “Hope Action Plan” to carry forward
This session builds on our earlier Cultivating Hope workshop but is open and accessible to all, whether you attended the first session or not.
