Flying Fox Craft Workshop

Tuesday September 26, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Laurieton Library
9 Laurie St
Laurieton, NSW 2443 Australia

Flying foxes play a very important role in dispersing seeds and pollinating flowering plants, and are crucial to keeping native forests healthy.
In this workshop you will:
• Get crafty and make your very own flying fox.
• Find out about the three kinds of flying fox found in our area.
• Hear about our local mascot, Frankie and the flying Fox and be invited to join Frankie’s Fan club.
Your flying fox can join our Flying Fox Colony and go on display in the library during National Pollinators week.

Ages: 7 years and up

Bookings essential.

This event is part of our September-October School Holidays program.
