You are invited to join Stacy for a FREE class of Gentle Chair Yoga!

Starting Tuesday’s from 2 May until 20 June, 2023  at 2 – 3pm

Please NOTE one booking, secures your place for all eight sessions.

Please arrive 5-10mins early, switch off phones and settle into your seat.
Wear loose, comfy clothes that allow you to move freely.
Shoes are optional.
Your family members and carers are very welcome to join in.

Stacy Hall is a Qualified Chair Yoga Teacher, encouraging participants to “Get Fit Where You Sit”.
She is passionate about helping Seniors to feel better in their bodies with a safe, simple and comprehensive practice accessible to EVERYONE.

Stacy is teaching at a number of local Retirement Villages and recognizes CHAIR BASED classes support EVERYONE in the room, including those with Arthritis, Impaired Mobility and Injuries.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Reduces Arthritic pain and supports mobility
  • Lifts energy, motivation and positivity
