Please join us for an interesting and positive talk with Kadam Mick Marcon on Saturday 31st August at 2.30pm in our Port Macquarie Library.

Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Newcastle & Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre Gosford. Kadam Mick has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2004 and teaches weekly drop-in classes in Port Macquarie and Laurieton.

A Buddhist’s Approach to Ageing Well

Although ageing is unavoidable, we can certainly avoid many of the problems and sorrows it brings.

In this talk, Buddhist teacher; Kadam Mick Marcon will explain how to use ageing as a powerful reason to inspire positive inner change.

The Talk will be based on the books How to Transform Your Life & Living Meaningfully Dying Joyfully  by Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
