Discover how it’s possible to improve your quality of life, and enjoy peace of mind regardless of age. Everybody welcome!

The Talk will be based on the books How to Transform Your Life & Living Meaningfully Dying Joyfully  by Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
