Join us live online via zoom, for a new style of reading group….
We will be sharing ‘The Art of Communicating’ by the revered master of mindfulness, Vietnamese Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. When you register for the event you will receive the zoom link to attend. This will be a recurring meeting every Wednesday @ 8pm until we finish the book – approximately 8 weeks. Come along to them all or just drop in when you can make it. We will share a brief mindfulness practice at the beginning of each session, and then read from the book. The same link will access all 8 sessions.
