Meet Australian Author Michelle Morgan and hear about her latest book, Flying Through Clouds, a book set in the 1930’s.

Declutter Workshop - Less is More!

Are you surrounded by clutter? Then the 'Less is More' workshop is for you! Learn  how to declutter your home (and your life) so you have more space for the things that matter.

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council in partnership with MIDWASTE have developed a new Declutter workshop program to help residents learn how to declutter their home and dispose of excess stuff sustainably. The workshop will provide useful declutter tips and tools as well as ways to prevent the clutter returning!

Laugh Yourself Healthy for Seniors @ Wauchope Library

 

Laughter not only feels good it is good for you! Laughing triggers healthy physical and emotional changes in the body, strengthens your immune system, and reduces stress, anxiety and depression.

Laughter Yoga was developed by a medical doctor in the nineties and is now a worldwide social movement practiced in over 100 countries. It is easy to do and can be done sitting or standing. Come along and see for yourself!

Filmed over 10 years, Constance on the Edge is an unflinchingly honest portrayal of one refugee family’s resettlement story in Wagga Wagga, Australia.
Constance on the Edge gets to the heart of a contemporary untold story about the courage and resilience it takes to build new lives. The film also highlights the important role communities play in encouraging a sense of belonging and enabling participation for everyone.
